Banca by Praxedes

AI CRM for law firms

The law firm that organizes itself.

I am a lawyer in Ji-Paraná, in the countryside of Rondônia, Brazil. I was losing leads on WhatsApp, hunting for documents in folders, and copying client data into contracts. So I built Banca: Claude does that work with me, every day, in my firm.

From the first “hi” on WhatsApp to the signed agreement.

01

Answers the lead right away

The agent replies on WhatsApp, understands the case, asks for the missing document, and calls me only when it is worth it.

02

Organizes the client folder

Reads what the client sent, figures out what each file is, renames it, and files it in the right place.

03

Builds the agreement and power of attorney

Pulls the data from the conversation and generates documents ready to sign. I review them before they go out.

04

Lets nothing go cold

Remembers the promised follow-up, the payment that came due, and tomorrow’s meeting.

05

Watches the deadlines

Reads incoming court notices and puts each deadline on the calendar.

06

Answers what I ask

“Who sent an invoice and did not sign?” “How much came in this month?” I ask in plain language and it answers.

Where Claude comes in

Claude runs Banca from the inside.

I gave Claude 36 tools of its own (via MCP) to work inside the system: read a conversation, look up a lead, generate a document, record a signature, create a follow-up and a payment charge.

Anything that goes out to a client passes through me first. No money or message moves without approval.

Banca does not give legal advice to anyone. It organizes the firm’s work; the lawyer makes the decisions.

Who built it

I did not know how to code.

I am Cezar, a lawyer. Not long ago, code was something from another profession to me.

I started building with Claude Code to solve my firm’s problems. It worked, and I never stopped. Today I design the system and make the decisions; Claude writes, reviews, and operates it with me.

Everything on this page was built this way, since May 2026.

What else I built

All of it with Claude Code, and in real use.

Retail · in production

Estrelinha, and Estrelinho inside it

Online store, point of sale, inventory, invoicing, and CRM for a real store. Estrelinho lives inside it: the owner asks “how much did I sell today?” right there, and when Estrelinho finds an error, it opens a fix request and the system repairs itself.

Tool for agents

Ponte: Claude in my Chrome

The official Claude extension did not do what I needed, so I built my own. Claude Code uses my browser, already logged in, with each agent in its own tab. When a task takes five steps, Ponte turns it into a single tool, and Claude itself notes what could be improved in it. It keeps spending less and doing more.

Restaurant

WhatsApp order straight to the register

Understands the order the way the customer writes it, checks the menu, and enters it in the point of sale.

Energy

Electricity bill reader

Reads the electricity bill in PDF and finds, month by month, the tax overcharged on solar energy.

Research

Case law inside Claude

I search court decisions without leaving the conversation, and search my own files by meaning.

Automation

Two-factor login on its own

Signs in to court portals by generating the authenticator code, with a safeguard so the account does not get locked.

Church

Studies and videos for the cell group

Bible study guides published on the web and lyric videos for the projection screen, synced to the voice.

Deals

Deals bot

Hunts for promotions, generates the affiliate link, and posts to WhatsApp groups.
